HIIT to the Beat is a high intensity interval training class like you’ve never seen before. This class incorporates aerobic movements to varying tempos of some of Jersey’s hottest club music. If you want to challenge yourself and get a great sweat to Jersey’s infamous club sound, this class is a HIIT!
Xtreme Hip Hop
Join our Xtreme Hip Hop Step class at Nonstop Fitness and take your workout to the next level! This high-energy class combines the best of hip hop dance with step aerobics to give you a full-body workout that’s both fun and effective.
