Xtreme Hip Hop with Icy combines fitness step with Hip Hop music. It’s a fitness party. There are 3 rules to class: Don’t Stop, Don’t Quit and Dont Give up! That’s it! Come ready to learn, have fun & sweat!

With so many health benefits this class is great for strength training. You will work the bags, practice combos, and footwork and work on your power and speed. Core work is also incorporated in our boxing class. You will leave feeling stronger!

This class is designed to give you a full body burn! Using resistance bands, dumbbells along with body weight compound and isolation exercises.
